I practice depth-oriented coaching with AI and Obsidian heavily in the loop.

I studied at Pacifica in the Jungian tradition. I trained in meditation under Shinzen Young and made a meditation app used by millions. I've practiced IFS for twenty years. I've founded companies and spent a decade as a product manager in tech — work that's about results and impact, and about creatively making the most of everything you have to build something that succeeds.

I work with capable people who are here to go for it — to unlock the potential you can feel but haven't yet reached. You are more than your ego, your stories, the personas you've honed. There's latent, unactualized material in you, and I'll stand with you in honoring it — and in taking the action that turns it into a life that means something.

This is coaching, not therapy. I don't work with clinical conditions or crises. If that's what you need, I'm not the right person, but I can connect you with some great therapists.
